TwoToneDetect not sending MMS AMR on US cellular

Hey Guys-

I know this has been covered before, but searching around the site has not produced the answer to my question.
I have a neighboring department that has upgraded to a new computer and new version of TTD. They are running version 67. They are having issues getting the AMR file to come in to US Cellular phones.

Using TedTonesOut to send out a test message to mp3_Emails, amr_Emails, and text_Emails.....
The TTD program picks up on the tones, sends the text email, mp3 email and amr email out just fine. A Verizon and Sprint user will get all 3 messages like it should, on US Cellular, the text email and mp3 email come through just fine, but the AMR message never comes through to the phone.

Any thoughts, idears, or help is appreciated.

How do I set up the AMR to send out a page to ATT subscriber. I have it set up and not receiving anything, except through my email address.

I have my number @mms.att.net
