I never have… But was listening today and heard a weather report, based out of Norman. I looked this up in the database and appears to be a state aid channel...number three.

That is State Emergency Management Channel 3. It is the main state wide channel for all emergency management activities. It is very active this year due to severe weather season. You can catch their weekly role call around 9:15 Wednesday mornings. If you don't have it in a main scan setting I would have it for it is very useful and informative. They have used it for wildfires, ice storms, and earthquakes as well.
