Software Defined Radio wiki reorganization

This topic has gotten rather large - 2 pages which are just chock full of links on everything from SDRs, applications, reviews, digital decoding and a lot more. Unfortunately the links are a bit disorganized and scattered, so I'm going to reorganize it so that several of these topics have their own pages. That way, as the topic grows, only that topic needs to be modified.

So for the time being, please don't modify the SDR wiki until I've finished reorganizing it. It shouldn't take more than a couple of days. Once it's done, it should be a lot easier to find a specific topic, rather than having to hunt for it
