After listening to recording i searched for DESRON-21 and i found below post.
Looks like DESRON-21 is out of North Island also.
There was a lot of chatter back n forth between 802 and 803 regarding i believe DESRON-21 was tracking something and contact was lost.
I never heard DESRON-21 only the P-3's and Western Sky.

8971.0 KHz Gray Knight-802 and 803 refering to DESRON-21 contact lost on audio recording.
