Unit IDS not showing up on scanner

I just bought the scanner and here is what I've done so far.

I put the Units ID's into ARC-BuTel software and loaded it to the scanner. I turned on Display Unit Id On and nothing shows up when an officer keys up. For example Engine 1 Rig should display but the channel # is the only thing that displays. What am I missing?

Also I'm using proscan to record. When I plug it in from the front the only COMM port avail is 3 and it says "No Response".

Followed what it told to put on and still not displaying

Is the 3 Line Mode On or Off?

I'm using Display Mode 2 (Unit ID Mode) and have the 3 Line Mode set to Off and see Unit IDs with the appropriate alpha tags.
