It crashed with a hardware problem - we've moved it over to a spare standby server. You may need to restart your broadcast since we had to update the DNS entries for the server.

I am not able to re-start my feed either.

Shut down RadioFeed and restarted, still no luck

Edit, my other two feeds on Audio1 are working fine

Same here: Sheridan County EMS/FD - Wyoming on audio3. Keep getting the same error. Have hit retry numerous times.

Some other things you can do are:

1) Reboot the computer - that will help flush any cached DNS entries on your computer

2) Reboot your router / modem - many ISP modems will cache DNS entries as well.

THanks,

Since we replaced the server, the stream to IP address was changed to a new one.

For those feed owners who use an IP address vs the server name for the stream to, please send us a help request via the HELP tab of your feed page to ask us for the new IP address.

My feed on audio3 has distorted audio and has frequent breaks and restarts. Based in part on times given by the dispatchers, I'm suspecting that there is little to no audio buffering taking place as would be normal. I'm assuming for now that this is part of the recovery process.

The good news is that it's not going completely offline as it was yesterday.

My feed has been bouncing up and down for the past several hours.. Are there more issues?
