Cab file

I am try update my Polarad Android tablet S7. I meet all the requirements.

I am having trouble installing the Phonex Suite. It tells the following cab file 1B5F371667C3960CD470A1FEF846811 is corrupt.

Where can I get a replacement file and the installer to install it.
