New Kaufman County License

As was noted in the article linked in this post, Kaufman County was looking to upgrade their radio communications system.

They have a new pending license appropriate for 700MHz P25 Phase II operation.

Maybe by the time it goes online I can afford a Phase 2 capable scanner. I notice they didn't drink the Motorola cool aid.
