Is there a follow-on to this story? Reading it, Montezuma claims they didn't shoot, but no one seems to know for sure whether San Juan or NN fired, or if the the suspects just did themselves in.

Wow - link suggest suicides, but first article is clear enough: "Two suspects involved in a high-speed chase beginning south of Cortez were shot dead on Monday after being cornered by law enforcement " Then the second article states "Though it was initially suspected the couple were fatally shot by officers, Detective Lt. Kyle Lincoln of the San Juan County Sheriff's Office said no evidence had been found suggesting law enforcement officers shot at the vehicle. "

Pretty confusing -- except for the outcome, of course.
