Nexedge unidentified frequencies around St. Charles

I looked up the following frequencies in the FCC and RR Database but failed to located who they belong too. I am near 70 and 5th street St. Charles, MO for reference of reception.

-454.04375 (Control Channel)
-454.2625 (Control Channel)
- 454.625 (Radio Transmitting)

I did locate 454.0500 which comes in extremely strong. I believe this is the Barnes Jewish Site.

That is because they are EA (Economic Area) licenses. That uses a different database.

Most of these are Warner Communications licenses. Every once in a while I start researching it all.... then get tired of it lol.

I know the one site is a BJC site (using a Warner license). I think Warner did all the radios for BJC sites.

Anyway, it's not in the database, although I thought I had confirmed it.
It can be heard into Lincoln County.

I really need to get out to somewhere besides the metro-east and the Lambert area and do some real time monitoring to find some more out.
