I'm looking for some assistance with finding their radio frequencies for the Thief River Falls District 3200. Any idea as to where to find them?

The nature of the question implies that the poster is not aware of how trunked systems operate or the need for a P25 digital scanner.. Since it is his first post, we should probably give better direction to explaining how the database is utilized and the steps needed to program a compatible scanner.

Noting that the OP is from Grand Forks ND, I suspect a digital scanner may already be present. Grand Forks ND is using a P25 conventional system for both police and fire. The "East Side" (East Grand Forks) police may also be using P25 too.

To the OP: The Minnesota ARMER system is here Allied Radio Matrix for Emergency Response (ARMER) Trunking System, Various, Minnesota - Scanner Frequencies When you program the system, the site you'll want to use is 018 (12) East Grand Forks. That site is at the MnDOT garage sort of close to the sugar beet plant.

Many years ago (about the time the "Fighting Sioux" brouhaha peaked) my mom lived in East Grand Forks. Whenever we visited, I'd have my scanner and had the old Minnesota State Patrol frequencies programmed. There was not much radio traffic heard. Now that they have migrated to the 800 system, you might hear a little more.
