is chambers still using VHF for paging? Fire/EMS/Ect.?

No, paging and dispatch on 155.805 was discontinued years ago. The repeater is still up but isn't patched to TxWARN.

In fact, unless something changed when they migrated from analog to P25 all of their paging and dispatching is done over commercial paging services. All I ever used to hear was units going enroute to calls.

that sad. I was a fire fighter for Winnie-Stowell Fire department and my dad was chief. I'm moving back near that location and was wondering if they still page out on that frequency

All public safety in Chambers is on the TxWARN P25 system now. Not all of the talkgroups are listed but you can take the talkgroups from the old analog system and divide by 16 to get the P25 talkgroup ID.

I think when the moved to P25 from the analog trunk they started broadcasting fire and EMS dispatches on the trunk again but I'm not 100% sure.
