Heard in vicinity of the Bay Bridge, Central MD:

RIDs 211xxxx (which over here is a MD state RID allocation used by MDTA and SHA)
Sounded like two parts of one conversation on a TRS, very little heard. Only reference to these frequencies I find is some stuff at Yuma out west and to the big 14C wide area system on the San Diego site. Nothing on the east coast.
Any idea what system this might be part of?
