they mainly use the AM radio for communication
155.385 is the proper frequency for MAMA. Unless the helo is nearby or at a particularly high altitude you're only going to hear flight watch.

They use VIPER for both MAMA and their ground ambulances that do the ems work in the Tennessee border counties. TGs are 51583 and 51584
