HP-1: Sentinel will not allow me to append favorites

I am having as problem with the Sentinel software. I've been using it for 2 years without a problem. A few weeks ago I updated my HP1 and it changed the names on my favorites list on its own. Can't figure out why THAT happened. I corrected it and didn't notice it removed one of my favorites. I attempted to re add it today and the software will not allow me to append under any circumstances, the option is grayed out. I have reinstalled Sentinel and it still won't let me append my favorites. Any ideas???

Sounds like your profile is corrupted.

Can you do an export to HPE? Maybe export everything you can to HPE, create a new profile, then import?

Could give that a try...was thinking of of uninstalling again, deleting the left over folders and starting fresh.

I agree on the corrupt profile. Try copying your FL folder from a backup.
