RS 20-283 gone / next choice ?

The RatShack 20-283 BNC scanner antenna...is harder to find (they are selling on ebay for $29)
I realize you compromise, depending on the primary band you wish to scan.
Been reading the past topics..........and the 20-283 works very well.
Since it is "going away"........What is the next best choice?

Remtronix has their version of the Radio Shack 800mhz. I picked one up earlier this week. Performs exactly the same. $22 at Remtronix REM-800B

Atlas, how is the Remtronics performing on VHF/UHF? Adequate?

It performs exactly the same as the Radio Shack 800mhz. Good down to around 450mhz. 155 mhz really suffers as expected it would.
