3 William 1 & 3 William 9

I heard the TG 13-121 on my BCD436HP, the department is unknown and the channel name is TGId: 13-121.
I searched the RACOM database and it is under Black Hawk County sheriff dispatch. The call was a Emmet has sent a 10-99 to computer. After that on the same TG dispatch came on and said "William 2 once you get those items dropped off for Ocean 1 can you handle a fraud out on Texas." A debit card was used without the owner's permission and they believe they have a suspect.

If anyone can clarify what I was hearing that would be great.

To amend broken link in previous post.

Someone from Black Hawk County(or someone at least with a BH county talkgroup) must have been affiliated to the tower you were listening in order for the Black Hawk county traffic to be brought over to said site. This does happen regularly has jailers drive around the state doing transports or an officer is on vacation and brought his portable with him.

Same goes for any other the others counties that use RACOM in Iowa as well.
