Unknown Digital TG Tulsa Site 23056

Hearing several what sounds to be like new users on the OKWIN Tulsa site digital 23056. They were giving locations on the North Side of Tulsa 66th North and Hwy 75 and the other was near Owasso. They sounded like new users because they were talking about the RMA's and SMA's and how to switch to them and how great their radios sound.

Just identified it as Skiatook PD. They were talking about Skiatook streets and places and going by the PD etc.

Sounds like they are using this as a car to car channel away from their VHF. Lots of interesting information being said. Will make for some good scanning in the Skiatook area.

Good info, PJ - I passed this along to Skiatook-area ham we know that monitors Skiatook PD but doesn't have a digital-capable scanner.

Sounds like Skiatook PD is using their 800 full time. I am hearing them get dispatched on it 24/7.
