If anyone is able to come up with a comm plan let me know so I can add the frequencies into my scanner. I tried Kearny pd but all that did was lock up my scanner.

This fire is under the command of the Arizona State Forestry Division. Their frequencies are listed in the database.

Dug through some archived radios that I made for my PSR-800. I used to frequently go to the Ray mine, just north of Kearny. Give the following a try for Kearny FD. At the time, I just didn't hear enough activity to qualify these were good....

19 June - Kearny River Fire Observations

Well, I got a delivery run to the Ray mine today, so I have some answers for you :)

163.100MHz - Helicopter "Deck"; Ranger-58, Heli-Base
166.675MHz - Air-to-Ground, Air Attack-4QS, Ranger-58
169.150MHz - Simulcast of 123.125mhz

Comments:
HT-740 laid out retardent lines.
Ranger-58 conducted water bucket work against fire hot-spots.
The Water Train fought the fire with hoses against several piles of railroad ties on fire, located near the tunnel.
SEATs are launching at 7am on the 20th.
Base Camp, aka Fire Camp, is located at the Kearny High School
