I came across what sounds like a TV studio link being used for Canada Day.

It is a continuous transmission with voice comms.

Sorry I should have given more information.

It is in Ottawa on parliament hill.

That would be 451.850; also heard similar on 460.6625 and 461.2625 which are
also typically low-power system frequencies.

So, nobody other that Mike has any activity reports for Canada Day in Ottawa
(or anywhere else for that matter)?
