Chinese activity on 11175

I was going through this weeks logs and noticed some Chinese stations on 11175. This was logged on July 2 around 1043Z. They also used some type of data mode that sounded very similar to ANDVT.

Jeez! How does this affect the U.S. military ops on this frequency, or, does it?

Usually the EAMs are significantly louder and perfectly copyable. A lot of times the EAMs and SkyKing messages are accompanied by FSK on the frequency too. The FSK thing has been going on for a few months now.
