Has anyone been sucessful in getting this Passive Radar SDRSharp plugin working?

After battling with the required XNA 3.1 redistributable installs, I have reached the point where the plugin appears to work.
I tune to a strong or moderately strong FM station, set the mode to WFM and the bandwidth to the suggested setting, but I am yet to see a single 'reflection' from any local or distant aircraft.
This plugin appears to need lots of cpu horsepower to perform the required math in realtime.
I'm wondering if my i5 processor is just not fast enough..
Love to hear from anyone that has obtained any positive (or negative) results.
