Does anyone have any national guard frequencies? I've noticed none In the database and can't find any online. Just curious.

You will most likely have to search for them yourself.

In most places ground units use:
30 - 88 MHz 25 kHz steps FM
138 - 150.8 MHz 12.5 kHz steps NFM or P25
380 - 400 MHz 12.5 kHz steps NFM or P25

In addition to the above, Army National Guard and Air National Guard aircraft can use:
118-150.8 MHz 25 kHz steps AM
220 - 400 MHz 25 kHz steps AM

Some frequencies that have been reported in the past in various places are:
32.5
34.15
36.0
36.1
36.5
36.7
36.8
38.4
38.5
38.8
40.1
41.0
41.6
41.65
41.7
41.8
41.85
41.9
46.6
46.8
46.9
49.65
49.8
49.95

241.0
242.4

Most states that have statewide trunked systems usually have talkgroups assigned for National Guard use.
For a particular event they may be issued cache radios on state or local government frequencies or national and state interop frequencies.
They probably also have HF and satcom capability.
