Any idea when these scanners including ops channels will be coming back online like they were before July 4th?

I have been told there was a disk crash and it will take a few days to get them back online.

Its' been at least a month and Clackamas county still has not come back online. Anyone know if the provider is done streaming? I live about 6 blocks away from CCOM and have given thought to getting a stream started. But I am a novice in this hobby.

Best guess is the feed was automatically deleted due to inactivity. That's SOP for feeds that are down for 21 days. Last I heard was the provider was having computer problems, and I don't know if he'll be bringing them back at all.
To answer your question: fire/EMS and law would be ideally separated on two different scanners (or four SDR dongles), but really that's up to you and what you want to provide.
