Somerville NJ FD

Was scanning around on the low band today and hear Somerville FD on

46.100 pl 94.8

They where telling all members about a drill tomorrow.

I do not see this frequency in the data base.

Anyone wish to comment.

That's not for Somerville. None of the FD's in that part of Somerset County have ever been on low band. That frequency is licensed heavily in Sussex County (County Fire #1) - you might be hearing an accidental re-broadcast through some FD's mobile extender...

I think you were picking up Sullivan County, NY. Fire is dispatched on that Freq./PL and they have a town called Summitville.
