Best program to stream audio to Radio Refernce

I have been using scanner cast to broadcast to radio reference. After a week I have started to have problems with the program not running correctly on my windows computer. Installed it on a new computer and still having the problem. So my question is what is the better more reliable software to use to stream to Radio Reference?

Ive been using it for years on 5 feeds and am happy with it.

As IAmSixNine said, what kind of issues are you experiencing?

I use RadioFeed, but that's purely a personal preference.
