I call it my "Kosse ça" signal. Have no clue what that is in the middle of the police bands.
I tried DSD, and other decoders have no clue what signal contains.

If you have a clue, let me know

I hear what sound like truking continuous digital sound bu can't decode it cause i have no clue what it is or what format it uses .

Can anyone help ?
The more i learn the better i'll get at recognising things ..

Since 2000, it is used for the CAD terminals (Montreal Fire Department).

So what is these CAD terminals ?
CAD as in AutoCAD ???

And what type of data /modulation is it using then ?

As in Computer Assisted (or Aided) Dispatch. These would be comms between 4040 and the mobile units. Mobile Data Terminals (MDTs) or Mobile Data Computers (MDCs) or other names for the part in the field.

I have no idea what they transmit over that - hopefully routine messages like 10-16, 10-17, 10-5, etc, but since I hear those on the web audio feed, I think not. But I don't know.

As to the format ... no idea!

I still can't figure this one out . I wish some one here could teach me about the different deigital modulation standards . I tried Sigmira , looking if it was PSK or something like that and just can't find anything . saw it does belong to Ville de Montreal but that is it
