Anyone up in Hazleton area?

Was looking for help trying confirm something might be hearing

152.3150 Ambulance Service once in awhile sounds like Hazleton area

452.975 PL173.8 Hazleton Shaft ? maybe mines

If anyone can confirm the PLs and what they are would be appreciated, most active during the day and comes and goes. Im up near the Pocono Raceway and my range varies, used to pick up 463.600 the cab company from that way loud and clear took me awhile to figure out.

Used to be Haz APTS. Thought they moved to 155.28. Getting some form of digital but can't tell what. Not MOTOTRBO or encryption. RSSI a little stronger than I would expect for Haz, so may be in Wilkes-Barre somewhere.

OK so they did move to 155.28 wonder why they keep the license up. It was brief although have also picked up stuff as far as Northern Jersey so may be direction thing try to throw in the cab company again see if pick them up.
