Hi, I've looked everywhere and can't find the answer. I have applied all the required settings the proscan but every time I restart the program I have to configure it again as it doesn't save my configure. I am using 436hp with it.
Could it be the read/write privileges in the directory that proscan resides in? If you have read privileges but not write this may causes the symptom you describe.
I have tried that but when I check the folder properties the read box ticks itself again even though I have made the changes under admin privileges and clicked apply. Not sure what else could be happening here unless it's a bug with v8.5?
