Sentinel Question 536HP

When i go to upload or download something Sentinel shows two scanners.

I would like to delete the one that is showing as C:\ uniden unknown ESN xxxxxxxxxxxx

I have searched and cannot find file on computer.

Scanner works fine but it is annoying to see the above in Sentinel.

My guess is that at some point a SD card image was copied to your C drive's root directory.

If that is the case, then you need to delete the HP card image folders (and none others!) from your C drive root directory so that it doesn't look like a HP folder.

Look for the same folders/files as are on the scanner's card.

For anyone else who has this problem the file is scanner.inf

All is working as is should now.

THANKS! Somehow a BCDx36HP folder was created in the root of C drive.
