Help Programming Coast Guard

I am trying to find out what system and frequencies the Coast Guard use in the SC area so I can program that into my Uniden BCD996XT. Does anyone know where I can find that information.

If I were to program that freq into my scanner what system do I use? It says AM but I don't know what that means.

it says P-25 in modulation, but the radio will decode it anyway.
