Why does the "Source Label" not populate?

Source Label is the alias/name that you assign a User (Radio ID). If you haven't manually attached a label to it, it will default as an empty field. The same would happen in the Target Label field if an unknown/unidentified Talkgroup showed up or if you didn't import the system from RadioReference. It would default to nothing until you identified it and labelled it yourself.

Makes sense now, I thought I had done that already, I guess my import did not take or I used the wrong format. will study further..
