Chula Vista Pd Question

I was wondering what is CVPD using for their callsign VHF system KMG284 and is it worth programming the freqs?

ULS License - Public Safety Pool, Conventional License - KMG284 - CHULA VISTA, CITY OF

fyi, The transmitter address is at the Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center.

CVPD uses that at the hospital?

BTW, that's licensed to the city, doesn't have to be PD specific.

If I remember right 154.815 was the old pd dispatch frequency before they went digital.

I have the frequencies programmed in my scanner, but have never heard anything. I think that the city keeps the frequencies as backup in case they ever leave the RCS. I don't know if they even have any radios to use the frequencies. The city police, fire, and public works are all on the RCS (as well as most of the rest of the county). So program in the RCS frequencies and talkgroups to monitor Chula Vista.
