cant program my old radioschack scanner due to programming cable drivers cant find. if u have radio shack drivers rss3781@protonmail.com anyhelp would be great. I will have to take my scanner off line using the one from my car.

its a pro 163 got radio shack cable i need the drivers for that cable its USB

Sir did you read my post? One link points to the same problem you have. Two the second link points to the new updated drivers. Three even with the OLD DRIVERS win500 will point you to the link to update the drivers.

The cable is serial to USB. It contains a serial to USB signal convertor which uses the drivers at the link posted above.
