Middlesex & Bergen county file?

Having trouble getting the Woodbridge TWP., digital signal to register on my BCD-396XT scanner. If anyone has a programming file they would share, I would appreciate it! I can only tweak the settings so much without having a full understanding of what I am doing. Also looking for Bergen county, since that is where I work.

I use freescan to program.
