Lincoln-Lancaster County

Hello, I'm not too tech savvy and don't understand a lot with the technical aspects of radio systems. I have a question. My Uniden BCT15X used to be able to pick up Lincoln Fire/EMS, but now I have having issues programming it into my scanner. Is this because they are on a new system, and my BCT15X won't work now? Or is it operator error? Thanks for your help.

Um no the city of Lincoln is not...there on a EDACS system.
