Yet another Unitrunker issue

I'm trying to configure my Airspy with Unitrunker. I'm following this page: UniTrunker | AirSpy One

I have everything setup correctly according to the page but I get no signal. Nothing shows up in the Scope when I start the signal. I don't have any other SDR apps running or anything that would interfere.
Any ideas?
