I think we all are Paul. It's been talked about at all sorts of levels including the Mutual Aid Federation for a few years. And was brought up years before within OEM (remember that agency?)

I'm not sure why the Nationwide Low-Band Interop Channels weren't chosen. Or maybe they're part of the bigger plan. Guess we'll see eventually.
