TG 56080 North Plains Police

I've logged a couple of hits on 56080 on the Washington County simulcast. I did an internet search and found that its North Plains Police F-3 Records. There is a note at the top of the Washington County / Clackamas County / Newberg system that says that Gaston / North Plains / and Banks talkgroups are deprecated and were removed from the DB. Anyone know why?

Because Banks & Gaston contract for law enforcement with WCSO, deputies just use SO talkgroups instead, and IIRC, Banks & North Plains shared talkgroups. I don't regularly listen to NP but I have heard them in the past use their records channel as a "chat" channel.
