Besides OP25, are there any (preferably Windows) phase 2 options for SDR setups?

I haven't seen any yet. Since that format is so rare, it is likely the software developers don't have systems in their area to experiment with. I *do* see this changing though. I imagine they will figure it out.
I would definitely offer my SDR as a source for test streams etc.
