Guys,

My friend in Ocean County caught a message yesterday about TRFD officers & fire police turning in their portables for reprogramming.

Anyone in the area know what changes they are making? I don't see any recent changes in the DB that I could point him to...

Highly unlikely, as they're a VHF department. I can't see them running around with dual-band APX's either...

i was going to say the same thing. unless,maybe it's just a dpl change ?. i know,just conjecture.

The FCC has not issued any new licenses for them this year.
Also in the RRDB: The license for 155.655 & 154.815 expired 10/2014
and 159.210 expired 12/2014...

Did they narrow band already? Or as 286 said, maybe just a PL change?
