Changing site freqs. Ohio Marcs

I just joined RR today and seeking help on obtaining new site frequencies for Ohio Gallia County MARCS sites. I have the Winn500 program but unsure how to down load from the Web Service. N8fqy d.moore2@suddenlink.net

I have been unable to plug in new 700mh freqs. For tower sites in Gallia county. Ohio. At the present time am unable to recv sheriff and city police. When I go to RR tower sites for download the freq. are 800/900mh. Please give somedirections.

Make sure you select Ohio MARCS- IP and not just the regular MARCS.

There are two choices for MARCS systems to choose from when you do a download under "Ohio Systems"

MARCS-IP Gallia County

Here is the MARCS-IP P25 info for Gallia County

There are 4 MARCS-IP Gallia Towers 700 Mhz .

Addison (Cheshire) 771.75625 CC, 771.08125 AC
Apple Grove (Crown City) 774.23125 CC, 774.05625 AC
Gallipolis 771.25625, 770.40625 AC
Lecta (Crown City) 773.80625 CC, 772.70625 AC

Below are two screen captures of the steps to down load the MARCS-IP Gallia Trunk System Sites & Talk Groups.

Enter: Country, State, County last but not least the System (MARCS-IP). Then scroll down to select the Gallia county sites.

Next scroll all the way down to the Talk Group list. Scroll down to Gallia County and click on it (put a check mark in the box).

Now that you've selected the Sites and TG's you can click on the IMPORT THIS SYSTEM button.

Once you have the system in your scanner I'd recommend that you add the Private & Group Wildcards (TG's) to catch any new or unidentified TG's.
