Recently in the FCC database, I saw a former PEMA Channel 458.525 changing ownership to DCNR. It is listed as a mobile frequency with call sign KA41607. Any usage noted yet?

If you look at all the change logs, it was always DCNR. Looks like they just deleted an old emmission code with the 09/15/2015. change.
