I found O'Fallon (city) in the MOSWIN database (here on RR and on my scanners) with 8 different talkgroups listed for the city, so, it would appear that O'Fallon has indeed move to MOSWIN.

Hope this helps.

Does this mean that O’Fallon is using the 8 talkgroups in MOSWIN just for interoperability?

POSSIBLY BUT THAT WOULD REQUIRE CARS AND OFFICERS having two radios. Or a radio that does 700 and 800 mhz.Really think they moved to have capability with other county agencies. A rare occurrence that all county agencies are on the same page, same network. The county has moved from one agency digital 800 trunking, one 800 analog trunking, one 800 simplex analog, and 3 vhf non repeater. We are getting high tech now. ha ha......

If they use newer equipment dual band and all band radios are being sent out to most agencies who have contracts which use to have eol 2500s or harris gear. It isn't hard for a agency to have a dual band 7-800/vhf or all band radio anymore. Majority are going to dual band equipment.
