I guess due to the weather the State Dept of Prisons is on a three hour checking. Heard Central Command and Mountain Command taking check ins from prisons at both 4 and 7pm, they just announced next check in would be at 10pm. Check ins heard on TGID 51680, NCDOCSW2. Some prisons identified with four digit number and "Command" responded by calling them by name. Mountain region heard checking in with Divisional Command and Costal Region heard checking in with Raleigh Command Post at 7. Central Command heard at 4pm, along with several prisons.
