Who does Uniden use to return repaired scanners?

I got a tracking number but it's doesn't say what company. I've tried all the major shippers and USPS and the number doesn't return as valid.

I don't know about scanners, but I know when they shipped my bracket for my HP-2, they used a combination, called UPS Mail Innovations. It starts out as UPS until it arrives to your local UPS depot, then it is delivered to your local post office. The post office then delivers it to you.

Depending on shipper or when the tracking number was issued it can take up to 24 hours or more to update in the system usually.

If the numbers starts out 1Z it's UPS.
I recently had a scanner returned, but can't remember who they used to ship it.
They might also have an internal number, but I'm not sure.
As I recall, I got the number from the on line repair status at their website.

Works same way as UPS Mail Innovations. FedEx will deliver to your local post office, who, in turn, will deliver it to you.
