Can someone from columbus confirm the control channel for the columbus ip site? We heard tonight control channel 774.03125 but no traffic heard. I see all the osu users in the 635** to 636** area but we didnt get anything.

I am listening to OSU as I write this - Confirmed - ACC 774.03125, as well as CC 774.28125, ACC 773.53125, & ACC 773.78125. Make sure all 4 CCs are programmed as they do alternate.

Where were you located? That frequency is a CC on the Erie (Sandusky), Stark, Noble, and Clermont county sites as well.

I believe I was told by a gentleman at the Columbus Comm shop that the Columbus MARCS-ip was a simulcast node with transmitters co-located with Columbus' existing sites. Or maybe that is the plan when Columbus jumps to MARCS-ip. Anyways that would explain why it was so strong if you were not in central Columbus. If they're not simulcast yet, then the site is on the Rhodes building and blanket Franklin County pretty well anyways.
