BCT8 ID Scan has no reception

My BCT8 will not stop on transmissions in trunking mode. I have it programmed just like my other 3 BCT8 units. If I take it out of trunking mode, I can hear transmissions just fine but when trunking, it has no sound. I can see where it wants to stop on the talkgroup but only for a split second. The display shows ID Scan, so it is not a location issue and I can receive the control channel. Thanks for any help.
