I wasn't picking up any Sheriffs Department only EMS and Fire. 701 703 and 705 keep popping up enc. So i'm think the Sheriff's Department is encrypted.

Quite unfortunate if it's true. Hopefully those TGs are Narc/Vice type units.

Sadly no. All of CCSO is headed into the Dark.
As they are the only LE agency in the county, no more LE comms in Citrus.
Fire and Nature Coast are supposed to stay in the clear.

I heard the above mentioned CCSO TGs and they are encrypted. However, I am still hearing CCSO W and E on the analog system. Citrus FD and EMS are in the clear on the P25 system, I heard a good amount of traffic last night and this morning. I actually get a stronger signal from the new P25 system. I'm about 2.5 miles south of SR 50.
