I think the only person who can help me on this is trashman43, I would like to know who I'm listening to.
The only thing I could find that is close is; 154.86000 WPQJ508 RM 91.5 PL Wlmre Gvt Wilmore Gvt. Services FM Public Works , but when I looked up the licence it list Nexedge 4800, but what I receiving is Nexedge 9600 signal.
I do have ID's but won't post them in an open forum for safety reasons.
There is no encryption used on this frequency.
So I know what is being dispatched.
